MK Consult Ltd was founded by Tammy and Debbie after more than 20 years working within specialist recruitment across construction, property, housing, and maintenance sectors.
Having built long-standing careers and trusted industry relationships, they shared the same belief: recruitment should always be about people first.
Although their journeys into recruitment started very differently, both built successful careers through hard work, honesty, and a genuine passion for supporting people and businesses alike.
After years working within larger recruitment businesses, Tammy and Debbie recognised a growing gap in the market for a consultancy that truly prioritised relationships, trust, and quality over transactional recruitment. Together, they created MK Consult to offer a more personal, honest, and collaborative approach.
Today, MK Consult combines specialist expertise across construction, social housing, property, residential development, development & regeneration, maintenance, and operational recruitment.
Their people-first approach focuses not just on filling vacancies, but on building long-term partnerships and helping clients and candidates find the right fit for lasting success.
